Chesham RUFC and Rugbytots Announce Exciting New Partnership

A new chapter in junior rugby begins this September

Chesham Rugby Union Football Club is delighted to announce a new partnership with Rugbytots, bringing the world's first and favourite rugby play programme to Chesham for children aged 2 to 5 years old.

Starting on Sunday 20 September, Rugbytots sessions will be hosted at Chesham RUFC, providing local families with a fun, energetic and engaging introduction to rugby through imaginative games and activities designed specifically for young children.

This exciting new partnership builds on the fantastic foundations Rob and the Bugby programme have laid over many years. Rob's dedication, enthusiasm and commitment have helped introduce countless young children to rugby, creating lasting memories and inspiring the next generation of players. Everyone at Chesham RUFC would like to thank Rob for his hard work and contribution to grassroots rugby within our club and community.

Rugbytots will continue that journey by offering professionally delivered sessions that focus on developing children's confidence, coordination, social skills and fundamental movement abilities, all within a safe, inclusive and enjoyable environment.

Session Times

The new Rugbytots programme at Chesham RUFC will run every Sunday from 20 September with two age-specific sessions:

• Ages 2 to 3.5 years: 9:00am to 9:30am
• Ages 3.5 to 5 years: 9:30am to 10:15am

The sessions are carefully designed to suit each age group, ensuring children learn, develop and have fun at a pace appropriate for them.

The partnership forms part of Chesham RUFC's wider vision to create a clear pathway for young players, helping children develop a love for sport from their earliest years and progress through the club as they grow.

Families interested in joining Rugbytots at Chesham RUFC can look forward to a fun-filled programme packed with games, laughter and plenty of rugby-themed adventures from the very first session.
